I know that's not the appropriate way of expressing the value she has in my life and the deep appreciation I have for her but -- hey -- she just mentioned in this talk that Americans say all sorts of things other cultures wouldn't say . . .so here I am just blurting it out and adding that it's so wonderful having teachings from someone one feels absolutely no resistance to and genuine warm good feelings. toward. We need to be carful with Dzogchen teachings online, in public. A save tradition is. You are very, very generous. But you do not mention the precious possibility of thoughts. Both should be part of working with thoughts as: transparency and a precious possibility. The whole Dharma is made of healing thoughts by Siddharta once, made out of his tears, made of his feelings, watching the suffering of beings. Thoughts and feelings arising out of the light of mind.

Emaho, was LL on fire yesterday 🥳!! Then again, there's not a single teaching thus far (admittedly not much of a distance yet. I think. Nothing is certain.) that hasn't rocked my world and left a nearsighted, oopsing look'er with a novel view of reality-in-spe. Shaking loose an entire world view that's been relied on as indesputable Truth throughout who-knows how many lifetimes we don't even know about.., - it has become the single most meaningful endeavor of all times. Having a good belly laugh whenever one inevitably oops face first in the mud, well, it makes it a helluva lot more fun. Really helps to avoid taking any "personal touches" too seriously. What a priceless and continous blessing having been "pointed out to" how the aliveness within the deathless clarity emptiness obviously include great sense of humour, too❣Purely undeservedly getting to receive guidance(s) from The Great Guru themselves in the form of Lama Lena Yeshe Kaytup - I can't but rejoice and vow to never-ever squander such inconceivable auspiciousness 💓

"There is no difference between mind and phenomena so how can phenomena exist within mind?" . . .and so forth. I cannot say what a relief from a decades long tension just hearing that is for me. And I've probably heard it dozens of times over in one way or another without it penetrating. Now I hear it with no resistance, finally. Ahhhhhh . . .mere words of gratitude cannot hit the mark. Bowing deeply.

13:00 So true. I'm afraid to let go of them but also afraid to even recall them. I would like them to remain in stillness but they arose and they must subside as all things that begin must end. In some ways I think how we process these experiences is a very profound teaching in itself. Easy enough to let go of some things. A pleasure to let go of some things. The rubber meets the road when it's time to let go of these rare and extraordinary experiences and therein lies the challenge of our standing still neither grasping now pushing away. I love Lama Lena.
